“Seams to me” that since its October, we need to start thinking about energy efficiency. The nights are getting colder, and the drapery and window treatments are getting drawn in the evenings to make our homes cozy and warm. 
I enjoy sitting at the lake, listening to the birds and loons, feeling the sun warm me up when the morning air is still cool, watching the great blue heron as he stands like a statue on a rock, and magnificently takes off across the water. The quiet and stillness, no phones, no computer, no alarm clock, no schedule - total rejuvenation - I LOVE IT - it's amazing what two days away can do for the mind and soul, creating new inspirational ideas.
Seeing the Sensational Seams van at their neighbour’s home inspired Cheryl
Perry to phone Wilma Kulyk. The Perry’s wanted new window fashions for their
home but when learning Sensational Seams also provided paint colour consultations
Wilma was hired. The Perry’s had ready-made panels on their bedroom
window that matched their duvet but weren’t suited to their smaller bungalow
window. Wilma was able to regenerate the panels, into a room darkening, roman
shade, trimmed with velvet & crystals. Extra material was used to create a matching
valance and bed pillow. A fresh coat of paint was then applied to the walls
